PROSA strives to advance the professional, educational, economic, and social interests of our members. 

Our long-term organisational goal is to organise all Danish IT professionals in one organisation to achieve the maximum bargaining strength for our members.

As a principle, we are independent of political party interests and willing to work and cooperate with anyone to advance the interests of our members.

Our work and our views  

We bargain for collective agreements for IT professionals with a number of employers, including among others:

• The Danish Central Government
• Computer Sciences Corporation, Denmark
• Scandinavian Airline Systems

PROSA is active in shaping the labour market conditions for the future – and are lobbying for this with several of the political parties in the Danish parliament. One special area where we have been active in recent years is our campaign against non-solicitation agreements between employers – we want these agreements either banned or restricted.
