Testing with GenAI
How can Generative AI support your testing work as a valuable assistant — without compromising professionalism or data protection?
This course gives you a practical introduction to GenAI in software testing with a balanced focus on potential and pitfalls. You will learn how to use prompt engineering to support test analysis, design, automation and reporting — and where AI genuinely strengthens quality instead of creating noise.
We also take a critical look at risks such as hallucinations, bias and privacy challenges, helping you understand when AI makes sense — and when it does not. This training is designed for testing and QA professionals who want to work responsibly with AI and avoid getting swept up in hype.
Format
- The course consists of two connected late-afternoon modules — registration includes both.
- Modules take place on 18 May and 28 May, building directly on each other.
