Python Classes and Inheritance (Python workshop IV)

The course is for those who already have knowledge of basics of Python language or have participated in previous three courses

In this course you will learn about classes, objects, class instances and inheritance in Python language.

  • You will learn the concept of object-oriented programming with Python.
  • You will be introduced to use classes and you will learn how to override built-in methods and to create "inherited" classes that reuse functionality.

This is the fourth and last course of four series courses in Programming Python.

The course is for those who already have knowledge of basics of Python language or have participated in previous two courses.

Course material and slides will be provided in English.

Instructor

Muniba Talha is lecturer at Copenhagen School of Design and Technology (KEA). Prior to this position Muniba worked at Project and Team lead positions delivering robust software products and developing agile teams.
She is founder of Women in Data Science and Machine Learning, a community open to everyone interested in this area and to support, empower and educate the women in the field.
