Artificial Intelligence and the Data Diversity Gap

Join us as we delve into the bias of data in relation to the labour market and the diversity gap

In this webinar, we will dive into the data diversity gap and its impacts in the workplace.

You will learn about the hidden biases in the hiring process and how we can use AI to combat it, while promoting diversity. We will introduce the diversity data gap ( How did the default human become a man? The danger of building AI models on biased data) and the unconscious bias in the hiring process (AI-based and non-AI-based) and how tech (Develop Diverse tech) can leverage AI to remove bias from job descriptions and increase diversity in the workplace.

Jenifer Clausell-Tormos holds a Ph.D. in Technology Development and is the CEO and Founder of Develop Diverse. After 10 years as a bio-medic scientist, she changed her path. Now she usese her tech expertise to close the gender and diversity gap, by developing an inclusive writing platform, which detects words which might discourgage specific applicants or readers of a text. The software helps you avoid sterotypical words, in relation to gender, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, physical disabilities, or LGBTQ+. 

Practical info
The webinar will be in English, but you will be able to ask questions in Danish. Then the questions will be translated by the facilitator.
